The main question of this report is: What does it mean to appoint an international envoy of Western origins to the course of the current Yemeni crisis and whether the Western UN envoy will succeed in resolving the peace negotiations in Yemen and thus reaching peace; and to which extent the Yemeni conflicting factions will accept the Western UN envoy at the negotiating table?
