This chapter examines rule of law developments in twelve post-Soviet states (excluding the Baltics) with the aim of revealing the role of European and Eurasian integration processes therein. The authors identify major regional tendencies in rule of law protection and analyse paradigmatic effects of respective regional integration processes.
