Biography
Viktoria Budde is a peace and conflict researcher at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy (IFSH). Viktoria hasbeen working as an advisor for rule of law promotion and security sector reform (SSR) projects at the German Federal Foreign Office since 2017. Currently, she focuses on unintended effects of SSR interventions and the role of trust inSecurity and Rule of Law (SRoL) partnerships.
