Jiye Seong

Jiye Seong joined the Knowledge Platform for Security & Rule of Law (KPSRL) as the Operations Assistant in February 2021. She coordinates the Secretariat’s internal administration, events and logistics. Jiye also contributes to overseeing the Knowledge Management Fund’s budgeting, project planning and implementation. Jiye has extensive experience working as a project manager, events and logistics coordinator, as well as a translator/interpreter (in Korean, English and French). Her previous research focused on millennial feminist movements, human rights and technology, and North Korea. She holds a Master’s degree in European Studies on Society, Sciences and Technology from Maastricht University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Korea University, with a focus on East Asian history and Development Studies.
