Biography
Dr Marina Caparini (Canada) is a Senior Researcher and Director of SIPRI’s Governance and Society Programme. Her research focuses on security and justice reform, peace operations, peacebuilding, inclusion and gender equality. Current projects include peacebuilding effects of gender-responsive health interventions, the Humanitarian-Development-Peacebuilding nexus, and police peacekeeping and reform.
